ABOUT US

Black Gold Performing Arts creates performance opportunities with educational development in a safe space of inclusion, diversity, and mutual respect. Together we build lifelong skills, friendships, and memories using creativity and collaboration as fundamentals of the marching and performing arts. As each new member joins, we aim to carry forward the legacy that has brought so much joy to people, to empower our cast and their audience to be the best they can be. 

Our aim over the next few years is to continue a competitive ensemble of the best performers that represent the vast talent of North Texas. This unit is a member of the North Texas Colorguard Association (NTCA) circuit, has competed in  Winter Guard International (WGI) competitions over the course of 25+ years, and has numerous appearances at the WGI World Championships, including being a repeat fan favorite.  We look forward to continuing our growth and exposure in the coming years!
